We noticed that this error: No matching template found shows up with different WordPress themes.

We tried cleaning up the cache, changing to other default WordPress themes but it didn’t work.

Solution

Try installing a different theme to see if the problem will still persist.

If you have access to wp-cli you can run this command to install and activate Astra theme

wp theme install astra --activate

If you don’t have access to wp-cli then go to Appearance > Themes > Add New Theme and search for Astra.

Wp Admin Search for Astra Theme
