I. Introduction

  1. These Terms govern your access to and use of WPSandbox.net, a platform for creating test WordPress sites and related tools.
  2. By using the platform, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

II. Services

  1. Nature of Services: WPSandbox.net offers hosting for test WordPress sites, development tools, and related functionalities.
  2. Trial Periods: Plans may include trial periods. If billing information is removed during a trial, we reserve the right to cancel the account and delete associated data.
  3. Data Storage: Free sites expire within 8 hours. Paid plans offer extended durations. Backups are not guaranteed, and users are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
  4. Prohibited Uses: Users must not:
    • Host or distribute illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization.
    • Use services for phishing, scams, crypto mining, or other resource-intensive activities.
    • Install shells, backdoors, or malicious scripts.

III. Account Registration

  1. Users may register one account unless accounts are for different businesses.
  2. Accounts registered with fake or temporary emails may be canceled, and associated data will be deleted.
  3. Users must notify us immediately of unauthorized access to their account.

IV. Payments and Billing

  1. Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, which store billing information per their terms. WPSandbox.net retains only a token linked to this information.
  2. Plans with unpaid invoices may be canceled after two failed payment attempts, and associated data will be deleted within 7 calendar days if unresolved.
  3. Users requesting refunds must do so within the specific refund period stated for their plan.

V. Termination of Services

  1. Accounts may be terminated for violations of these Terms or failure to pay for services.
  2. Upon termination, all user data, backups, and hosted sites will be deleted within 7 calendar days.
  3. WPSandbox.net reserves the right to terminate accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 months.

VI. Data Collection and Usage

  1. WPSandbox.net collects data such as IP addresses, email addresses, and names for service provision, fraud prevention, and spam detection.
  2. Data may be shared with third-party services for fraud prevention and spam detection.
  3. Users may be required to provide valid identification (e.g., two forms of ID) and participate in video/audio verification when requested.

VII. Ownership and Licensing

  1. Users retain ownership of their content but grant WPSandbox.net a license to store, analyze, and back up content for service provision.
  2. Users are prohibited from infringing on the intellectual property rights of others while using the platform.

VIII. Limitation of Liability

  1. WPSandbox.net’s liability is limited to $100 CAD or the amount paid for services in the last month, whichever is less.
  2. We are not liable for:
    • Indirect, special, or consequential damages.
    • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill.
    • Service interruptions or errors beyond our reasonable control.

IX. Indemnification

  1. Users agree to indemnify WPSandbox.net, Orbisius, and its affiliates against any claims or liabilities arising from:
    • Violations of these Terms.
    • Illegal or unauthorized use of our services.
    • Content uploaded, shared, or distributed via the platform.

X. Updates to Terms

  1. WPSandbox.net reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

XI. Dispute Resolution

  1. Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to WPSandbox.net’s services shall be resolved:
    • First, through good faith negotiations.
    • If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts in Ontario, Canada.

XII. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between WPSandbox.net and the user.
  2. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  3. Users agree not to assign their account or obligations under these Terms without written permission.
